Ingredients:

1lb Salmon
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive

Directions:

1) Prepare miso marinade by mixing miso, sake, mirin, sugar into small bowl. Mix it real good..
2) Cut salmon into slices each about 4 inches thick. (You can also get pre-sliced salmon from the market.)
3) Coat the bottom of the container with about a table spoon of miso marinade. Place the salmon in the container and pour the rest of the marinade over the salmon. Completely cover the salmon with marinade and make sure the container is completely sealed.
4) Marinate salmon in the fridge for over night (6 to 12 hours).
5) Remove salmon from the fridge and let sit in room temperature for 15 minutes.
6) Heat the pan at a high temperature and add a table spoon of olive oil to the heated pan. Place the salmon in the pan skin side first.
7) Set the stove to medium-low heat and finish cooking on all 4 sides.
