Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground pork
1 large onion
1 carrots
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon Japanese curry roux (medium spicy)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Parsley for garnish


Direction:
1) Slice garlic, mince ginger and dice an onion and carrot.
2) Chop onion and carrot finely in the food processor.
3) Heat the pan and add olive oil.
4) Sauté garlic and ginger at medium heat.
5) Add ground pork and cook it thoroughly.
6) Add chopped onion and carrot. Stir and cook in the medium to low heat for about 10-15 minute until vegetable releases its own moisture.
7) Turn the stove off and add curry roux and mix it well.
8) Turn the heat back to low heat and simmer for about 5-10 minute.
9) Add black pepper right before serving.
10) Serve the curry sauce on top of steam barley rice. Place fried egg then sprinkle parsley for garnish.
