Soy Glazed Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredient:

1 pound large shrimp
5 cloves garlic
1 cup parsley
1 lemon (use 1/2 for cooking and the rest to serve)
2 tablespoon potato starch
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon wedges to serve


Direction:

1. Chop garlic and parsley.
2. Clean shrimp with potato starch and water mixture, rinse then pat it dry.
3. Add olive oil to the pan and cook the shrimp over medium heat. Turn the side when the shrimp changes the color, about 3 minute each side.
4. Add garlic and sake to the pan, cook for about a minute then add butter and soy sauce. Stir the shrimp in the sauce.
5. One shrimp is fully cooked add black pepper, parsley and squeeze of a half lemon.
6. Serve with lemon wedges and chopped fresh parsley.
