SOY GLAZED PORK RIBS

Ingredient:

8 pork ribs rinsed and patted dry. (900g)
2 leek greens
5 slices ginger
5 proves of garlic
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon sake
2 tablespoon mirin
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon honey
2 to 3 tablespoon olive oil to sear the ribs

Direction:

1) Heat the pan and coat the pan with generous amount of olive oil.
2) Sear both sides of ribs.
3) Cover the ribs with water, add green onions, ginger, and garlic. Simmer over high heat for about 5minute.
4) Skim the surface of water. Add soy sauce, sake, mirin, rice vinegar and honey. Cover with a lid and cook over the low heat for 1 hour or until the water reduces.
5) Remove the lid and turn the heat up to medium heat. Stir the ribs as the sauce caramelize for about a minute.
