MENTAIKO PASTA

Ingredients:

2 cod roe (Mentaiko) about 2.5 ounce
4 ounce spaghetti
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
5 tablespoon heavy cream or half and half.
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
fresh chives and nori seaweed for garnish

Direction:

1) Remove the cod roe from the sac.
2) Chop fresh chives and cut nori seaweed is a thin strips with kitchen scissors.
3) Mix butter, heavy cream, soy sauce, cod roe and black pepper in a large bowl.
4) Add the spaghetti to the boiling water, and cook according to package direction, strain well.
5) Add cooked spaghetti to the cod roe sauce and stir to coat.
6) Garnish with chives and nori seaweed.
